“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” – Brené Brown
“With Thy Love in my heart…”
“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brene Brown
“I have tried my best to convince you of only one thing: that enlightenment is your nature; that it is not something achieved, you bring it with your birth. All that you have to do is not to create it but just to open the hidden secret of your life.” – OSHO
Today the sun is shining on me again! Rozsika, a wonderful Hungarian lady from Transylvania, has come to CEU’s Christmas sale with her gorgeous embroideries. I am always so happy to meet these elderly ladies, many of them coming to Budapest, trying to make a living out of their beautiful, traditional crafts. So humble, so blessed with a pure and radiant heart. Their love of God shining through all their wonderful art! Rozsika was kind enough to allow me to take a photo of her with the lovely piece I fell in love with.
“See’mon and let it snow…”
