“What helps you to stay balanced and positive in life?”
“It’s important for me in life to stop and savor moments, by observing clouds passing by on a bright blue sky or breathing in the smell of kürtöskalács while walking on the street. Before I sleep, I think of these special moments when I was truly present during my day and I count my blessings.
For me, being grateful and giving people attention by showing genuine interest and care are key to having a balanced and positive life.
Hugging lots of people during my day also helps to keep myself in the positive zone :)”
