Bravissima, Ica néni!

A special lady I have known for many years. Ica néni is a wonderful painter with a big heart and a large spirit.

The other day I sat in awe listening to the many adventures of her life. Living through Communism in Hungary as a person of deep faith, traveling the world and drawing portraits of people in the streets of many cities, … and her most recent success. Among some 130 other painters one of her works was also selected in Italy for an international exhibit titled Artists Without Borders.

Her paintings always convey warmth, beauty and love, reflecting the heart of a wonderful woman, mother and grandmother.
