Barka (catkin) is a symbol of spring. In my childhood, we would get some branches from my grandparents’ garden to welcome spring in our home. I met this man at the Mezokvesd train station. With two huge bags of catkin he grows in his garden he is traveling to Budapest to sell them at the market. Spring must be near. It is coming to my home🌸
