It was summer. It was Barcelona. It was Gaudi, of courseš„° Casa Vicens was built by the 30-year old Gaudi as a summer house for the Vicens family. It was his first masterpiece that kicked off Modernism.

It’s winter and another grey morning. I’m sitting on the tram, and looking out of the window everything seems to be slumbering still. But then, my heart remembers a warm sunny day as I stood in the centre of Sagrada Familia and watched as the sun was striking through its window majestically.
Personally, I would be very happy to post something blue every day. Have you ever thought about why blue is one of the most popular colors? Blue is calming, elegant, the color of the sky and the seas. It feels encompassing. Gorgeous in combination with white and red too. Why do you like blue?š
