“This is a towel made by my maternal grandmother. I admit whenever I hold it in my hands, tears come to my eyes. Her name was Mária Gál. Her initials on the towel indicate this beautifully and in a very simple way. It brings back many things from the past, many good feelings, love, care, compassion. The power of faith, humility and steadfastness in the midst of difficult times. I am very grateful for all that I received from my grandparents, all they gave me for life.”
