It was summer. It was Barcelona. It was Gaudi, of course🥰 Casa Vicens was built by the 30-year old Gaudi as a summer house for the Vicens family. It was his first masterpiece that kicked off Modernism.

It’s winter and another grey morning. I’m sitting on the tram, and looking out of the window everything seems to be slumbering still. But then, my heart remembers a warm sunny day as I stood in the centre of Sagrada Familia and watched as the sun was striking through its window majestically.
Grateful for bright winter days, for a visit to the Castle, for being able to spend quality time with my dad❤️
