“I think feminine strength is a super power that could even beat men’s physical strength. I see that feminine super power in my mother and grandmother and I try to learn from them. They are very independent, self-reliant, not judgmental but curious, positive and hard-working and at the same time they manage to be super caring, giving and not demanding.”

“For me inner strength and balance means that you are in control of your life, your thoughts, your feelings, body and soul. You take from your life, your environment and from society what fits you but not what is generally expected. My husband describes my strength as being resilient, unbiased, optimistic, a people’s person. He says I have an open view on the world and I know how to enjoy the moment☺️.”

"I discovered balance in my life since I started to do sports. Before that I often felt stressed and sometimes even depressed when life and work became too intense but since I started to enjoy pushing my limits in sports, nothing can really bring me down. Before I sleep, I think of these special moments when I was truly present during my day and I count my blessings.  For me, being grateful and giving people attention by showing genuine interest and care are key to having a balanced and positive life.  Hugging lots of people during my day also helps to keep myself […]

“Music for me counterbalances everyday life. It takes me to a world that and – like prayer – helps me to find my inner balance. When I am filled with emotions or tension, it is the best path to find my inner peace.” „A zene számomra a hétköznapokat hozza egyensúlyba.
